Data Protection

In order to conform to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

 (May 2018) the Association is required to ensure that:

Data collected by the Association is limited to that necessary to keep an up to date record of members. This is also deemed minimum required for the dissemination of information to the members. These records are limited to the Name, Address and Email address relating to a specific member. This data will be securely stored and kept up to date by the elected Membership Secretary. The moment the data is no longer relevant i.e.   A member leaves the association or asks for their information to be removed then all data related to that member will be securely and permanently deleted. This data will not under any circumstances be shared, sold or otherwise disposed of. Members will be able to view all data relating to themselves on request.
